Cross-Field Bamboo Innovation: Design & International Marketing

Led by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute with the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, this project connects Taiwan’s bamboo industry with designers from Taiwan, France, and Japan. Together they develop bamboo-centered lifestyle products inspired by “SLOHAS — Slow Living, Happy Life”.

By strengthening the bamboo craft ecosystem, supporting brand development, and expanding international exposure, the initiative not only promotes Taiwan’s craftsmanship but also drives circular economy practices, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the bamboo industry for future generations.

Innovation transversale du bamboo: design et marketing international

Sous l’impulsion du National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute et de la Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, ce projet réunit l’industrie du bambou taïwanaise et des designers de Taïwan, de France et du Japon. Ensemble, ils imaginent une nouvelle génération d’objets du quotidien, inspirés de la philosophie “SLOHAS—Slow Living, Happy Life”.

Alliant savoir-faire artisanal, design contemporain et durabilité, l’initiative met en lumière l’excellence du bambou taïwanais et ouvre la voie à une économie circulaire tournée vers l’avenir.
