Located in Zhushan, a mountain town in central Taiwan rich in natural bamboo resources, Yuantai has been dedicated to bamboo craftsmanship for over 40 years.
Under the leadership of second-generation successor Lin Chia-Hung, the company transformed from traditional OEM manufacturing into creating its own brand, guided by the vision of “bringing bamboo into everyday life.” Among its innovations is Taiwan’s first bamboo toothbrush—crafted from locally sourced bamboo with natural horsehair bristles, fully biodegradable as a sustainable alternative to plastic.
